Course offer

Each course page states the live group hours, curriculum, price and elements included in the Cohort plan. Only the elements expressly listed on the course page are included. Software, API credits, cloud services and exam fees are not included unless expressly stated. No professional outcome or exam success is guaranteed.

Order

Displayed prices include applicable taxes and are paid once through Stripe or PayPal. The order is confirmed after acceptance of these terms and payment validation. An invoice is available on request.

Organisation

Courses are organised in groups and primarily delivered live; Agentic AI Engineering groups are limited to 20 participants. Where a course page offers an availability simulation, selected slots are preferences rather than confirmed dates. Shared dates are set after compatible participants have been grouped, then the schedule, links and Discord invitation are sent by email. If no compatible group can be formed, an alternative or a full refund is offered. Resources are delivered progressively. A missed group session is not guaranteed to be recovered; another cohort may be offered where possible. Sessions may be rescheduled if the instructor is unavailable.

Right of withdrawal

A consumer who enters into the contract remotely has 14 calendar days from its conclusion to withdraw without giving a reason. The consumer may use the template below or send any unambiguous statement to info@genialchat.fr before the deadline. The refund is made in accordance with applicable statutory provisions.

Performance before the deadline

Where the consumer expressly asks for the course to begin before the 14-day period ends and then withdraws before full performance, only the amount proportionate to services already supplied remains payable. After full performance, the right of withdrawal is lost only if the consumer expressly agreed to early performance and acknowledged that loss.

Voluntary satisfaction guarantee

Every Genial AI Academy course is eligible. If the course is not right for you, request a full refund of all amounts paid before the second group session begins, without giving a reason. Email your request to info@genialchat.fr from the address used for the order and include the order reference. The refund is issued free of charge within no more than 14 days, using the original payment method. Your restricted course access will then end. This voluntary contractual guarantee is additional to, and does not limit, the consumer’s statutory rights.

Cancellation by the seller

If the seller cannot provide the service, rescheduling is offered; absent agreement or performance, amounts for undelivered services are refunded.

Use of content

Resources are for personal use. Sharing, resale, publication or recording without permission is prohibited. Participants may publish their own projects.

Complaints

Complaints must be sent to info@genialchat.fr. French law applies without affecting mandatory protections in the consumer’s country.
